This one is tricky.
To acomplish it, you need:
1) 45 min shift
2) max upgraded second hall, opened
3) gather as much as possible clients before go wasted
4) manually playing through scene using mainly *handjob* interaction
5) lot of patience, for it almost certain take more than one try
But personally, i suggest to wait update. There is nothing beside achieviement right now in there.

wrong game, that's mybad, was thinking of another game, and not sure how to edit the money in this game, sorry about that, there is a skill you can get when you level up to get more money from working, it's near the bottom of the skill tree.

There's a couple of scenes that you get if you subscribe to the Devs Subscribestar.
Use the Incest patch in the OP. The Henry patch is for the Steam version.

did you read the readme.txt that was packed with it, it tells you where to put the patch at, and yes it works.
