there's bug that not allow you to do anything when you got only one customer, i got it several times and it annoy me, if there's at least 2 customers i can click on the second one and then it comes back to normal, if there's only one, then i can't do any action and only thing i can do i exit game, please do something

nope you can not. its just stuck. i quit the game already 4 times and reloaded it. the first version of 0.4 didnt had this problem that often.
