Most of the new scenes are in the flirt skill and the private roomver 0.6a -- are sex scenes still not included, or have I missed them?

Yes, I found some interesting scenes in the gallery.
I'll start playing from the beginning to see if there are more interesting scenes.
However, what I've seen so far consists of:
- A scene at stage 4 where she sucks dick in that private room.
- Another scene at stage 5 when he grabs her and puts his penis between her tights before cumming.
I was hoping to find at least one explicit sex scene, but it looks like I'll have to wait for the next update - maybe version 0.7 will bring sex content.
Anyone got any similar titles to this with the whole bar/corruption theme? I liked Karryn's Prisons bar minigame and Adelaide Inn as well.

Otherwise as far as corruption/KP clones most have crashed and burned at some point in their dev cycle sadly. There's Light-Space Love which is still in active development and somewhat promising. Or Saria Reclaimed but that was essentially abandoned or at least halted after changing the game system entirely which had a huge backlash.
This one has the MC working at a bar but it's not the focus of the game. It's definitely a corruption game, though.

Okay, the bar game becomes pretty easy once you have "Super-Active Waitress" and "Service Tornado".

Enjoyable game, but I feel that going to a person, taking their order and giving them a drink I have on hand shouldnt use THREE turns (45 minutes)
Heck just going to different people or the bar, shouldn't use a turn per sa. It just seems cheap and to often I go to a person with 1 on them, and I still get negative happiness even though I made it to them before they hit zero, but had to spend 2 turns taking order and giving them the drink I already had.
I have a 1/2 dozen other complaints, like wayyyy to much clicking through dialogue each time I go to a customer, even turniong off the quick scene images really doesnt help. I'm only level 8, spent all my points..and while I started off with S and A ranks now I'm lucky to make C. I'm abusing by lewd skills where I can to get more turns on people that are low but it's just...meh...7-8 people is way to many in the bar for the number of turns. I'm all for strategy but the game is grindy as hell and taking time to think things through would make this game feel like a real chore and i'd stop playing. Like I don't mind working for my porn, but the game fails to find the happy medium between strategy and a fun pace. Or I'm just missing something. Anybody have a FAQS/guide? Cause I feel either I'm missing something, or the game balance is whack. Maybe I'll try a different strat than I've been using.

What is the bonus content exactly?

I miss the mom content that was in the previous version. also more bread girl. here's hoping. also it seems the bar was easier to manage in v5. also the timing seems off with the time for serving vs the time customers reorder. too bad you cant hire the bread girl to work in the bar too. even have the mom take over the inn from the brother. isn't henry's studies about finance or business? in v5 i made 5k in a few weeks of in game time. with that kind of business, you could pay back the loan. oh, i could see bread girl and mom doing ads together with the gnome. all kinds of routes are possible. love the models, gj there.

Dev, it would be nice to add female customers as well, it just makes total sense. Also, shaved pussies just feels weird for that time period, at least give hairy pubes as an option.
I'm not sure how I feel about the removal of Henry as a playable character yet, I hope that's temporary. I love how shy and socially awkward he is and that just makes him an interesting character, specially when he starts visiting his mom at work.

Why do people keep going on about a certain 'time period', this is a fantasy world created for this game, it is not a game set in reality or a certain 'time period' from our reality.
I am a hair fan but no hair in the Middle Ages was more common than you would think. It was more common with wealthier women and girls but very common as time passed with tavern workers and other dubious professionals. By the late Middle Ages it was common for tavern girls to completely shave themselves and wear a mirkin.
