Download the patch from OP, then check in settings if "Henty content" is available. Should be by default.
Patch goes to savelocation in LocalLow, or stright into the gamefolder where your .exe is located. There is also a .txt when you unzip the patch.

That isn't available in the Steam content which is meant to be version 7d.

Man the bar is grindy as hell... and looks like a two scenes got locked in the gallery from the change in version (the old stuff)... All the rest is unlocked if it was in version 6, If you want a full save of the new version wait till people get the time to finish it
