i was able to do the tv broadcast mr c forgot to put in that you need to talk to the girl who makes potions for you that's why i couldn't get it and about the speech do you need to raise your approval rating

With the start of the campaign, it start to become more difficult to progress in the game, so here's a walkthrough for those who are stuck somewhere. It actually apply to the version final 1.0 of the game. This post will be updated each time it will be needed.
I tried as much as possible to write the walkthrough by following each route from start to stop. It's possible that I missed a requirement or a dead end (mostly due to enslavement) because of this. If you strictly follow the walkthrough normally it shouldn't block you, but remember that I'm just human, I can have missed something.
I highly recommend you to proceed to the enslavement of the hospital, police station, church and school, before you start interacting with the mayor, his family and the TV station. This will make the game easier for you and the story more coherent.
Also note that this walkthrough explain how to progress in the game, but it focus solely on this progression. If you blindly follow it, you'll miss all the intermediary scenes with the characters. There's no hidden action, no secret, so take the time to explore the locations and menus with each step you make.
Also remember that many events in this game are randomized. I'll not remind it every time it's the case. If you do as said, but the event don't happen, just try your luck another time ; or use a mod that solve that issue.

where are the saves from this game located? i want to start it from zero and its annoying to have old saves
there has actually been pregnancy in this game for a while now but this update did add more pregnant folks

Comparing to my list of events done, you seem to have missed the adult shop (to right of the Hospital, buy lots of stuff & go with Megan), the Casino (big brown building at right of the fast food joint, needs a VIP pass from uncle) and the events related to the campaign for mayor (you have to go to City Hall, a green domed building between Hospital & Police Station, game does not highlight it for some reason).
Question, is there any content with Alice (the C-Store clerk) beside the panty shot while you help her in the empty store?
Yes, you can work up to sex with her now.

How do you trigger the police newbies to show up? There's nothing in the police station about them as far as I can tell.
A while ago you can fuck a pregnant woman in hospital, now you knock the police newbies' moms up.

thank you the campaign ones are bugged for me i need to find the code to fully reset the mayors family to fix it i'm not sure what the code is though i am really sure i did Megan at the sex shop before it must make me do it again i noticed some events had that issue i has to complete them again
Edit: ok so Megan at the sex shop was a different one nothing new unlocked i'll use the code anne gave me to unhide them
