Not tested about save game bug:
"Yea, so apperently you need to run in as japanese (like app locate or something similiar) or the game won’t save.
Sure I wish to know that before those 2 hours of gameplay… "

Tested, it works - load button is visible if run in japanese locale. To do so install locale emulator located here:

Cause those games(that have 1-2gb) have like 40-50 animations, this one has 90+, with 8 girls(Queen's had 6-7, but 3 or 4 had only 1 scene)
