please correct me if I am wrong, but this game is updated 90ss and with 1.07 its also uncensored, right? so its a "better" 90ss in every regard, right?

It's the steam version of 90ss. Idk about censorship as for this version though, I will check it.

Cost of survival is for dlsite (genital censor)
And both of the is the same game with diff name

this one was the one e-mailed to all the people who have supported Dumbcrow on patron when it was completed i know cause it was my copy that was used to update it and it is uncensored
