Honestly.. If we do ever have pregnancy, will probably be at the end or an epilogue, I don't know about Cosy, but most devs don't do pregnancy sex.. And I don't see any of these girls wanting to stop just cause of a baby.

While I don't care for pregnancy sex (at least late stage), seeing Catherine's siblings on the large table with everyone else seemed nice and I'd enjoy having an LI sitting there taking care of MC's baby. Would add to the cosy feeling.
