It would also lead to anyone else at the table vowing never to play poker with you again, and probably forcefully ejecting you from the game and possibly the building where the game is taking place. Just saying, though, a lawyer could argue it if the definition is crafted carefully enough.

Except that being a straight flush of face cards is the key to it being a "royal" flush. No lawyer would take that case.
