Actually, Polyamory is complicated, there are a ton of flavours, that work differently. The spectrum goes from polyfidelity on one side, which is same as mono relationship, but with more than two people, to polyanarchy on the other side. It is huge thing, so here is an infographic:

But one thing that distinguishes poly from non poly is that Polyamory is ethical non monogamy, so it requires open communication and respect to work.
Purely ignorance on my part; I made the assumption that there was a normative form (polyfidelity, apparently) and that the rest would be considered non-standard. I was an undergraduate back during when it polyamory was reaching mainstream attention and know people in polycules, I just never had much real-life interest in it (great to fantasize about, but I barely have time for my hobbies with a single partner) and didn't investigate it beyond the way that people I personally knew practiced it. Didn't expect to learn something from the pornographic college sim, but I'll take it!

Just finished week 1 of my custom seeded world, where polyamory, exhibitionism, and voyeurism are the norms, and nerds don't literally stink. So far things are working as expected, albeit there are a few characters who the game says I've seen naked without having any particular event attached to it (I'm guessing in the showers?). Loving how easy to modify this game is; if I can do it, pretty much anyone can.

Is there anything more to the people staring at me through my window or spying on me through a webcam?

I got a text from Priscilla Knox (I think) who is listed as a "hatefuck". Wanted me to do a nude selfie. Well, I wasn't going to do it on a crowded bus. So I would wait and go to my dorm.

But when I got there and used "contacts" on my phone, she wasn't listed. Like anywhere. She could contact me I guess but I can't seem to contact her. Bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

More like from discussions about pornographic college sim! :D

When I made my char, I chose the Non-Exclusive inclination option. But when looking at her inclinations, it says that Non-Exclusive is locked. What requirement is there for it to be unlocked? I assume that Polyamorous is one of them, yes?

Inclinations will say one of three things: Embraced, Rejected, or Locked. You can embrace or reject an inclination whenever you want after you unlock it. Locked inclinations are permanently embraced and can't be gotten rid of, not without save editing anyway.

How to you make a world where polyamory, exhibitionism and voyeurism are the norm? Is there a world seed for, or did you use save editing?

Locked means that you can't reject it.

Weird thing. I used to get to be the big spoon when cuddling now everyone wants me to be the little spoon despite my character being tall and dominant. Is there a way to stop that or is it random?

I had thought that Locked needed unlocking to be active, not that it was permanently active. Thanks for the clarification.

There's also perquisite inclinations, you can't reject them while you have one that uses it as dependency is active, have to reject that first.

I made my own world seed! All you need to do is open the HTML file in a text editor (I used Notepad++) and find the section with the heading "setup.Worldgen.special_seeds = {", copy the formatting from the existing entries, paste your new entry at the end, and replace the details in your copied entry with whatever you want. For instance:

"sensualutopia": {
description: "A world of sexual adventure.",
addinclinations: ["Voyeur", "Polyamorous", "Lewd Exhibitionist", "Attentive Lover"],
reminclinations: ["Natural Odor", "Findom"],
},

I will say that I haven't fully tested it, only being in week 2, so I'm not sure if my choices will have unintended consequences, but that's where I'm at.

Finally got the milkshake trigger to fire for me. Just curious though. And I know this is still a newish game in development, but is there any consequences to *not* taking the deal not to tell what they are putting into the milkshakes? I generally just go ahead and take the deal and the $$.

I like what I see so far. I know more detailed descriptions of the body and genitals is not on the roadmap, but hopefully at some point this game becomes modifiable and somebody adds that feature too.
Just going to say this, from a 'knows how to dev' perspective, to perhaps provide soem education. I don't mean to be rude here or anything, but would like to provide some perspective:
Adding more 'detailed descriptions' of the body is the first step down the road that leads you to things like 'accidental woman', dev wise. They lead to overcomplication and projects that spin their wheels forever. Normally people complain about breadth of an ocean depth of a puddle? This leads to the opposite of that, where character creation and tracking is detailed, but there is a severe drought of actual content because of it. It also tends to make things a LOT more buggy, as it adds more variables that have to be tracked, even if it is just for printing out blurbs from a list of options.
When it comes to actual scene-writing, it leads you toward stuff like free-cities and Lilith's Throne, where there is a fundamental lack of personality to events involving the characters with such heavy detailing, as well as clunkier and clunkier overall code and development.

It massively complicates the project in ways people who haven't actually tried to make a game completely fail to comprehend, as well as ends up increasing the dev load for adding in new scenes, because now they have to be written with referencing that 'more detailed body' aspect in mind, unless they (and the people who wanted that aspect in the first place) are fine with those more detailed descriptions being superfluos and only showing up on a profile page or in VERY limited circumstances, in which case I'd argue it to be a waste of effort to have ever added it in the first place.

I think I can safely say I speak for general opinion when I say:
We've seen enough amazing concepts wind up in dev hell/abandoned where no progress is made because the dev tried to go WAY too granular on minutiae instead of focusing on broader aspects so that they can actually ADD content without needing a million variations of text for every scene, or otherwise winding up with very 'mad libs' events due to having to rely on pulling from a list of descriptors to fill in blanks on character attributes.

I like the way the game is going currently, and actually find the inclinations route to be a pretty interesting solution to the problem of differentiating characters without getting buried in workload for more detailed interactions. I like this game a lot so far, and would hate to see it fall into the same traps that have killed so many other REALLY promising projects over the years.

Is there a way to trigger the event chain with the roommates boyfriend? I played lots of ingame weeks, respawned going to bed Friday nights - and witnissing the rommate have sex just does not happen.

Any hint please how to cheat that?

EDIT: if someone from the dev team or close to it reads this - would it be possible to add some triggers to the cheats for events that open up so you don't miss a whole chain of events?

Not that I've seen. The most I've seen happen is a new event sometimes when you enter the party, a bunch of frat guys drag you to drink down one milkshake, and you can comply, or fight back and be fine. Also some changes to the normal milkshake scenes in the party where you know what's in the cups.

Is there a way to reroll the RNG? So many events actually happening are tied to RNG and it'd be nice if I could reroll it if I dont get the event.
