There are also instances when NPC initiates the talk, does it not work then as well? Also, possibly it requires them to have the Inclination.

I'm having issues with the "Talk About Sex" option not appearing when in the BFF's dorm. The first two times I visited, they did the "wet dream" talk and then the "you're not a virgin talk." But since then (months into the game), the option has never appeared again. The roommate is not in the room.
I've had both the all-nighter event and the quad party milkshake event with the BFF, so I should be able to move past the friend-only stage. But without the "Talk About Sex" option, I can't get the relationship to set right. I'm not sure if there's a bug in an event that didn't set a flag or what, but I'm stuck.
Edit: Forgot there's a hidden minor exhibition skillcheck for that option to appear. Leaving my post up in case it helps any others.

Really? In my case, even after I did the milestones (minus the officially dating) they won't initiate the talk with me, I tried it other saves and other characters, but they still won't initiate as long as you've got your first partner.

What the hell...this is actually really good. I didn't even play it for the smut after awhile, I spent like 6 hours just doing college simulator life...I didn't even like university, but here I am doing my homework in like 20 minutes and getting straight A's and on an e-sports team, and making bank being a camwhore...

I think at one time you can get their number and when the lust is big enough you can ask for a booty call where they just use you.Yeah, don't want either of those
One time I got an event where I followed them out of the classroom and into the restroom, where I had the choice to either submit to them and service them or to decide that I had enough of that, turn the tables on them and do to them what they were gonna do to me. As far as I know, in the first case it's business as usual after that, and in the second, it's the same outcome as when you rat them out a few times to the teacher and you make them subservient.
Exceedingly rare event to get though, it seems. Only got it once, months ago. Wonder how many events are just locked behind a 0.00001% chance of happening after all the stars align like that. This is becoming extremely annoying.
It's probably not a minuscule chance to happen, but rather a very specific set of circumstances that cause it to proc. I do agree that the dev should really stop hiding so much of the content behind obscure and hidden restrictions. It sometimes feels like they're developing the game with their Discord users in mind rather than the average player.
In my run, I was able to meet up with the CH outside of class and begin a dom/sub relationship with them. They should also accept dates at that point.Yeah, don't want either of those

- Added some events introducing you to the library basement dungeon and the weekly discussions that happen there
- Renamed Drunkenness to Intoxication
- Added some events for being too intoxicated, including passing out
- Added pets! Technically, only fish are allowed in your dorm room, but maybe you can get away with some other small pets… (with contributions from Meat Glacier, FastKoolUnwind, sleepy, elm, and Kami)
- Once purchased, your pet can be interacted with in your dorm for a small Attention and Relaxation boost
- Added a lot more outfit variety to some student archetypes (contributed by General Tacticus)
- We have been graced with another new conspiracy bulletin (contributed by Meat Glacier)
- Added contributed clothing and piercings, including cropped jackets, harnesses, a new style of leg warmers, novelty earrings, turtlenecks, graphic underwear, and more! (contributions from sleepy, litey, and RyDog)
- Added new Findr tags to help you find NPCs into open and poly relationships
- Hang on, did you know non-special NPCs weren’t actually spawning with open or poly inclinations? Neither did I! Oops! But they do now (this fix is retroactive and doesn’t require generating a new world)
- The tendency for NPCs to have Polyamorous and Open Relationships inclinations can now be affected by a new worldgen slider
- The BFF relationship event now offers a polyamorous option
- Exploring an open or poly relationship with your BFF will now unlock the corresponding inclination
- Open relationships are now romantically non-exclusive, just to simplify things until relationships can have individual characteristics
- You can now reorder your outfits in the Wardrobe UI
- When starting a group hangout, you can now decide exactly who is invited
- Removed the round limit on encounters (this was really just a holdover from before they could be ended at any time)
- Some of the more common hassling events now have a chance of being stopped cold if your Physicality is high
- You can now deliberately do poorly when playing at the arcade, but it doesn’t impress your competition!
- Added Sensitive Nipples inclination
- Certain inclinations now remove arousal caps from certain acts during encounters (for example, Sensitive Nipples lets you achieve peak arousal through just nipple play)
- Added Strip action to encounters to undress all at once
- Discussing an ongoing relationship now includes options for attempting to change it to a dom or sub relationship
- New cheat options allow you to freeze the adding or removing of relationships, meaning you won’t get events like new friends or breakups
