You can edit the html file itself with a text editor and add or remove any parts you want, but you have to edit a gender thus making everyone of that gender have the parts as well.
I tried to test this myself and while it's technically possible through editing the code, like Gamma said it doesn't work well with the ingame text/dialogue during events; you'll get to use both sets of parts in encounters but whenever they actually get mentioned, it's apparently coded so that the penis always takes priority over the vagina for some reason, meaning you'd have to do way more editing to make it function correctly.

What? January's update is already here? By the way better wait for the public version of that update.
Where do I find this mod? I know you can manually make PC futa via editing save or another way, but still so far it seems one won't be able to ejaculate inside of another person, unless the whole intercourse system gets reworked, and if there is a mod for that, I'd like to know which collection or where to find it because I seem to miss it.

There's no way to choose inside or outside, your character will randomly fail to pull out in time because it "feels too good" or something along those lines.
This is a bug? I only thought the developers were thinking that most people wanted to pull out, regardless of all other intentions stated. Thanks :-(

Careful asking around that game's small community with using that futa word, they go autistic and immediately go into pearl-clutching mode. Just some helpful advice friend!
You can cum inside all you want if you play a non-futa character, the problem is purely a mod problem.
I once asked about if "interracial" content would be added since your character can have a million different preferences and there is basically every fetish in the book available in this game including some dark stuff....mind you i didnt use any derogatory words but the creator and the community lashed out so hard....I don't know if they are terrified of BBC's taking over the world but you would of thought i started WW3 in the discord.
Probably not the first or even twentieth time someone brought this totally original idea up...

You don't need new content, only clean algorithms and it even seems to work mostly now; for that, I am very happy.
It's a monthly update, not a roadmap update, so it's not that big. It just expands the new sport mechanics to esports and swimming and adds some smaller things again.
I'm running into a strange issue. I just downloaded the new update, but running KittyPatcher v0.1.2 keep reverting the game version to v0.7.3e, instead of the new v0.7.5. Anyone any idea to stop this from happening?
Delete the logs folder and delete Kittypatcher. Download a new version of Kittypatcher. It should now work. Do this for every update.
The problem is that the world is so "inclusive" that nobody is shocked that the person that looks like a female has a penis. That's a design decision. A male wearing a skirt is normal. To crossdress, there needs to be a "norm" in the first place for you to break, but there is not, because that would be offensive or whatever. This applies to all aspects of the game.
