I think I've collected all the evidence but I'm a little confused as to what evidence to give Kevin to convince him

I don't remember the order of the evidence, you have to look at what Kevin says. But I think the list (perhaps incomplete) is as follows: that Kasia is not loved in the theatre, that Kevin wants to leave the theatre, that he is not realised here, that there is sabotage at work (you need to examine the overturned boat on the shore), and that the sabotage was done by Kevin himself (a pickaxe hidden in a box).
I've looked at Ren'py code now and found the exact sequence:

Then you need to get past the worker on the dock guarding the boat - bring him a blanket and food with sleeping pills (Moran will offer to kill him).

Welcome to the first Monday Update of 2025. I took some time off over the holidays, so there isn' t too much to report, but I still got a few things done.

• Writing: Like I reported in my last little update post in 2024, I already got a decent chunk of the writing for this update done. Now I had to rewrite one of the sex scenes because I ended up not liking it, but overall I'm pretty happy with the process, there isn't much left in terms of writing.
• Images: I started on the first renders, but nothing major. I can say that the first sex scene of the update is fully rendered though.
• Animation: Same for the animations. Not too mucc, but I already finished one of the sex scenes for this update and am working on the second one.
• Environments: This is where most of the effort went. I have all the environments that I need for 0.5.1 ready. That means five new locations that I modeled and a bunch of props to fill them.

Overall, I got a decent amount of content done for 0.5.1, but I'll be honest. I took it easy over the holidays and enjoyed some time off. No major progress was made as I spent most of my time with friends and family. Now my vacation is over and I'm going back to my regular work hours. You can expect more major progress in the coming weeks!

Chapter 2 hasn't really gone anywhere ye.t
v0.5 is pretty much just the end of Ch. 1 and the very start of Ch. 2
Enna, Kasia and Moran should have at least one new date event each, but aside from that, the post first dungeon stuff and the new Kasia date points farming minigame... that's kinda it.

Is it so wrong to hope that Enna and the Deaconess reconcile and that that is then followed by a threesome with the twins? Would Patreon and/or Steam kill that as incest, particularly if the twins didn't "play" with each other (or even if they did)? How strict are those rules?

According to the Patreon rules, if siblings are involved in a sexual act (no matter how, even if they're just watching), it's incest. As for getting banned for this, it can vary. It probably requires someone to complain about the game first, and then it all depends on how well the developer fights back, but there are cases where games with incest are quietly available on Patreon, and there are cases where even a third-party incest mod has been banned.

So even if Enna makes up with her sister, the sex will still be strictly separate. The dev already had problems with Steam on the previous game (one character seemed too young to them), so they are unlikely to try their luck with Patreon.

I'm totally cool with incest and threesomes with twins, but... I just don't see Enna and the Deaconess doing anything more than trying to kill each other.

Well actually Patreon doesn't give a shit, what he does give a shit is the pressure of politicians, regulators and society. Society considers incest to be a bad thing (there are certain biological prerequisites for it), as well as all things related to it, such as generated images and fictional stories. So everyone is involved in censorship and self-censorship without collusion.
If there were a party or social movement that promoted free morality, at least in terms of creativity, maybe something would change for the better. But I doubt that a bunch of perverts (according to the majority) would be able to change. And just imagine what the resistance of the traditionalists will be like.

So we have to adapt to the current rules, whether we like it or not.

Two weeks have passed and I return with the newest Monday Update. The second one of 2025. I made some very good progress on the game and introduced an entirely new system. Let's take a closer look.

• SPRITES: The newest addition to the game is a sprite system. That means animated, talking portraits of the characters that are displayed to show emotions during dialog. I had them in MIST, but opted to not use any sprites in CoM, because I felt like I could show all emotions in my renders. Now, because the player will be able to choose which Veil is done next, I need them again to allow for some varying paths in the dialog. Something that would get way out of hand if I had to render every possible combination of images.
  
  The sprites are of course an upgrade to the ones I used in MIST. They talk, blink and change poses like they did in MIST, but they also breathe, change their color according to the environment and change size depending on how close they are.
• SEX SCENE: I posed and animated the second of three sex scenes that the update will get. For this one, you can actually see a work-in-progress teaser in my last post on Patreon.
• THE VEIL: Utilizing the new sprite system for the first time, I started posing and writing the beginning of the next veil. In 0.5.1 you'll just get a short introduction to it, but you'll already be able to see the next heroine of the game. In a way at least.
• CHANGES: Now that I decided to start using sprites again, I felt like it would feel a bit disconnectedto not see them all game long and then suddenly they pop up in the newest veil, so I went ahead and implemented some short scenes with the sprite system in earlier parts of the game, where I felt like they added some depth to the dialog and replaced just a few, back and forth renders.

All in all I was very busy over the last two weeks. The sprites taking up most of my time. But now that the system is pretty much done and only needs a little additional testing, I'll be able to get even more content out of the way and it's even fun to use. I'm very pleased with the progress and you'll hear from me again very soon!

I do agree with others - the fishing minigame is out of place, especially with how quick your reaction time has to be. Perhaps if it was slowed down some it might be more enjoyable.

Well, there's a mini-game pass (you get a minimum reward), but you can use a little trick if you're really tired of fishing. Type the following commands into the console to get free hearts:
EnnaDates.info_hearts+=1 - to add a heart for Enna.
MoranDates.info_hearts+=1 - to add a heart for Moran.
KasiaDates.info_hearts+=1 - to add a heart for Kasia.

Anyway, the developer has already reduced the speed in fishing, I think he'll reduce it some more...
