I'm playing Chapter 4 under Windows 7, yet everything seems to be working just fine for me.

The text, the effects, the animations - everything is running as it should.

Can anyone tell me why the author couldn't be bothered to build ch4 for Linux? I had to throw it into my own sdk. Between that and the comment about win7, I'm starting to think Lain has become a paid shill for M$ in an attempt to force everyone to the Win11 abomination.

Also, what's the point of the new nav interface? This is still very much a serial VN.

I love this update so much, goddamn the opening of chapter 4 using Alien music really good and not just that but we not just get some xenomorph porn but even some other sex with other monsters too. Love it and hope to see the next update soon
