I don't think they were vehemently defending the look of the character and more so the narrative reason behind why Machi needed a new look. Albeit very passive aggressively. Cheers.

I dont know what you talk about. My eyes are not the best since i use computers at work and in private every day, but i never had the slightest problem reading the text here. There are games with unreadable text out there, but this isnt one of them.
And you can trick with the hamsters, since the game is so nice to tell you when one appears and you have a wheel on your mouse, just go back and forth, you may be too blind to see it when its there, but you cant be blind enough to not see the it disappear/appear on a static picture ^^

I dont like random changes for charas we got used to, but this is a story relevant thing and until we take out lilith she needs it.

I'm just saying they could have dyed her hair so she could hide or put a wig or glasses on it, why cut it, but when the problem with the crazy alpha vampire/clan leader is resolved, I don't want Machi to be left with this new look.

Let's be real here: The real reason behind the new look is so that the dev has to handle less hair bones when posing a character that has been promoted from the sidelines to plot relevant. It makes zero sense for her to change her hairstyle when being chased by "family" members she probably spend decades or even centuries with, especially while running around with her familiar that looks the same as ever.

I don't like the new look either but won't shed a tear over it. However, I can't help spread some cheeky christmas cheers to people who essentially cry about "muh male gaze she ain't your eye candy yikes" on a porn pirate forum

I did not say it was the worst, seen a lot worse. Still, after playing it for 30+ minutes, it started to give me a headache. Other games with simple white text in an adjustable black textbox, I can read for hours without an issue. FTR, I also tend to play in a dark room, so that may affect it for me quite a bit.

As for the hamsters, I looked for nearly 30 minutes when he met up with the twins in the park, after recovering from the pan to the head. The notification popped up and I moved my cursor all over the screen to no avail and that background was so busy that I could not spot it like in some simpler backgrounds. Also, no mouse, I am using a laptop and touchpad, which makes it even tougher to scan the entire screen. At that point, my headache had become too much and I just gave up in frustration.

Yes. Yes I can.

Plus, I can be too focused on the story to catch the hamster on my initial read-through. I try to manage my saves, so if I see I've missed one (by catching the next, or reaching the current end) I can go back and focus where the alert for the hamsters shows up.

I play these games on my Android tablet, so I guess I'm going straight to hell.

And I went back and read aereton's last message. It was fairly clear in English, though it did use some common slang, at least for this forum. Clearly you have been participating here for a while, so I expect you've become pretty good with the translation engines. It's possible (though unlikely, in my estimation) that he's also using a translator.

The item's I could see being problematic are:

• hardcore-redditing - not 100% sure I understand this, beyond "acting like a hard-core user of reddit." From context, I'll guess it's "leaping to the defense of the developer."
• hair bones - in context, short hair works easier when posing a character than long hair; less difficulty with overlapping with the character's body.
• cheeky (christmas cheers) - British slang in origin, I think. Means something like slightly rude, in polite company.
• "muh male gaze she ain't your eye candy yikes" - deliberately written in a dialect that probably implies a relatively low intelligence. I think it's saying something about a female character who should remain as she originally was, but that's just a best guess. I'm old, and may not catch some of the slang young whippersnappers may use.

Save is in slot 14-5, so page 14 and bottom center. It also contains the 'persistent.sav' file as well, which should (hopefully) also transfer my complete Phone Gallery and complete Hamster Gallery (75/75).

A couple of words are in the same situation.
For instance "simpleton".

A very basic definition for "simping" is:
The person of their obsession simply can't do no wrong. Even if they are the person vehemently ignores and/or denies that.
Everything about the target is exquisite or divine. From their looks over their voice to the smell of their shit.

For that reason the person will do anything and everything to get the targets acknowledgement, attention or love.
