Thank you for the work on the mod Hyper! I gave it a run up until beating the tentacle lair. There's a funny bug where if a boss climaxes inside of you, you get the option to Escape. Escaping immediately throws you back into the boss fight, so you have to fight the boss over again.

It does keep track of the baby though! I let the first boss baby me and when I ran away I still had the lil guy inside, so that's a win!

Balance wise, I don't know if something broke or didn't get saved when you finished the mod, but it seemed the same difficulty and level scaling wise? By the end of the 1st zone I was one-shotting guys (without grinding or using anything aside from the starter sword), and Goblins give a bajillion exp so it only took a couple gobbos to be high enough level to be able to incinerate them in one go with the starter fire spell.

I stand by what I said about the all the grab changes though, incredible work! Balancing truly seems like ginormous pain in the butt.

Thank you very much!
I'll go back and take a look at that. I'm familiar with that issue, and I thought I took care of it.
And you're right. I ended up kind of getting worried that I was making the game a bit too grindy, so I kind went back and sped things up a bit. The target was to level up around 10 times per zone. When I go look for that bug, perhaps I'll bump up the exp requirements a bit.

I found the issue, play tested it, and fixed the issue.
I've also gone ahead and tweaked some of the exp numbers, m.attack, and defense values as well.
My main post has been updated. (y)

Wonderful! I gave it another go through. I feel like you struck a great balance between not needing to farm exp and the normal enemies + bosses being a threat!

There was one bug where, when bosses impregnate me I would skip the birth cutscene. So you just go from big tummy to little tummy. That's no big deal.

I did a full playthrough, it was great. I actually lost a fight in the sewers because I wasn't paying attention to poison. It's the only non-boss fight I lost, but considering the base game that's saying something. After skipping past all the enemies I'd already beat (so I wasn't farming) I got to the slime boss a little too early and didn't have Petite Lightning. So two losses!

The best thing was that I had to use potions and ethers. Finally money had meaning!

The tentacle lair was probably the least challenging post-1st Stage level. Tentacles are all weak to fire, I think only the boss managed to impregnate me.

Wolf mountain got a little hairy (haha!), I was having puppies all over the place just 'cause they have that special 'Mount' move that forces you to do a weak escape. I didn't lose to the boss, but I could see someone losing if they didn't stock up on potions or just got in an unlucky attack string while being mounted. That's great!

Human city was a lot like the tentacle lair, they aren't super threatening or strong and fire is good enough. They're supposed to be weak to the stun-attack but I only reached the level for it near the end of the stage.

The Flare clone gave a massive amount of Exp so I jumped from level 23 to 43. I don't know if that was intended, but it let me skip through all the normal fights of the final level and then just hold attack against the final bosses (who also gave a 30,000 exp).

All in all the balance is way better, I was using my consumables up until the end. The only issue was that I never needed any Lavi items. But I feel like that without massive changes to the Lavi equipment, more equipment, or different Lavi items like stat-potions and changes to Flare's stat-growth so that stat-potions are necessary; there's no really fixing that. The game has plenty of ways to earn Lavi but it just doesn't have enough Lavi stuff included. I think if you were to do that, stat-potions would be the simplest since they're already in the game, that way you'd just have to turn down Flare's stat-growth.

But, um, that sounds like a lot of work. I think the mod's great where it is! I feel like you've already put in more thought about how the game should play than the developers have.

It's really encouraging to hear all this! I think that you must be really enjoying it, so I'm glad. It's also really useful to get such east to understand feedback and also telling me when you encounter something strange/bugged.

-You're right, the Flare Clone's exp was not intentional; that one slipped through the cracks. I've fixed it.
-The bosses not triggering the normal birth scenes was an oversight on my part. I've found the part I needed to change, and made them trigger the normal birth scene.
-As for for Lavi, to be honest, you're right in that I'd basically have to make this stuff from scratch and I'm not all that inclined to do so. For now anyways.

That being said, I did make the wolves' 'mounting' attack from scratch. It actually took quite a bit of work to get it working properly. And from the sounds of it, it looks like it's doing it's job like intended. I don't know that I want to do it right now, but I'd probably have to revisit the other enemies' abilities, especially the brainwashed people. If you didn't notice, I did add a new skill for all the enemies of varying complexity. Grunts got Anti-Magic field which drains TP (particularly nasty on the boss I think). Goblins got Poison Dart which does essentially the same thing but over a couple turns. Slimes got Slime Secretions which not only drain TP but also lowers speed. Tentacles got two skills, Pheromones and Tentacle Restraint. Pheromones was apparently bugged because when I checked just now, I forgot to link the common event (drains TP)... Tentacle Restraint should add a state that makes it more difficult to escape tentacle's hold attacks. Wolves' got mounting which restricts you to using only the weaker escape. Brainwashed civilians got virility potion which increases their impregnation chance, stacking every time it's used.

One thing I noticed is that the mounting attacks can cause a duplication of the Resist menu when you are also in a hold.

I'd had 0 success with using the Break Mounting from the first menu, but the second menu offered a Break Mounting that worked. Maybe that's why I've had so little success with Break Mounting? If that's not just a bug, I'd add that maybe the mounting escape probability is a little overtuned, seems escape is a very low chance.

The first stage also feels a little overtuned as well. Especially having the duo enemies on the first floor makes it almost inevitable to just immediately fall off the pure route. I was just an idiot.

One thing Jumble Strikers did with its pregnancy mechanic was that it cleared the active semen count with birth. Especially because fertilisation rate increases with semen in your mod, you can get stuck in a loop of functionally 100% fertilisation rate if you got creampied a lot.

Thanks for all of your hard work.

Is it programmingly-possible to alter some dialogue and events? Such as making her first time with a tentacle and getting her pregnant?

That would be really easy to do actually. I'm not much of an erotic writer, but I'm sure if I took the time I could touch up the translation. It's just time consuming.

Just so I'm not being stupid, I load your files in, instead of the 'patch files' on the OP/First post right?

This game seems great until you spend 50% of the total playtime rerolling events in hope of getting everyone pregnant for the harem ending. I am not exaggregating here, the game itself is pretty short and the chances (of pregnancy) per scene must be around 5% or less.

My hand hurts from holding the ctrl key, please send help.
