Patreon are scum bags
And what are you, saying these things?devs are too stupid
That's just not true my guy. Patreon did update their ToS to help prevent creators providing content that'd be considered illegal in most countries. Depicting sexual acts involving minors, incest, non-consensual (assault, rape) stuff etc.if your game has even the slightest bit of spicy content they will demand you rewrite your art.
Why would a developer quit their project over some people on a pirate forum criticizing update frequency? They make their money off Patreon, not F95.unlike many of the individuals posting on this, I completely understand that irl situations can and do rear there ugly little heads, all I can say is do what you need to do and as for everyone else, patience is a virtue, and constantly posting your anger over update frequency is only going to achieve one thing....the developer/s saying screw this and quitting the project
Exactly if you want to know more follow the devs on xstop bitching and let the people work
No it isn't and I would appreciate if nobody starts any rumors here that are simply not true.
Fair points - I (speaking for myself) was busy otherwise so I could not really check here the last weeks. Anyway, all I can say is that Des is still working on assembling the content for Lara. Why would a developer quit their project over some people on a pirate forum criticizing update frequency? They make their money off Patreon, not F95.
Patience is a virtue indeed, but there are limits to that and people should be able to speak their minds about it. There's always things to consider. For example statements made by developers in contrast to what's actually happening. Just being quiet about every and anything hoping it might save the game for another update isn't the play my dude. That's literally how lots of developers turned their projects into absolute milk-machines. And that is not directed at this project right here, by the way.
Tho I must say that I find it a little odd seeing that roughly 8 weeks ago, pixdes said they were done with the scenes and putting everything into the game, adding sounds and details. Usually that kinda stuff is a matter of days, but maybe the wording was kinda off, and truth be told I wasn't able to read the entire devblog, so I'm lacking context. Unforunately I wasn't getting an answer upon questioning what the current state is, but can't really expect anything considering I'm not a paying supporter at the moment. Still, would be nice to have the devs communicate with us dirty pirates more like they used to.![]()
That was sarcasm. No offense. No it isn't and I would appreciate if nobody starts any rumors here that are simply not true.
None taken and I got the sarcasm vibe - unfortunately not everyone does hence my comment. That was sarcasm. No offense.
I follow the Devs on twitter/x they said they are working hard on it load of new things coming to the game, they haven't given a date yet but they are still working on itwell i have not played this been waiting. but my thought's are that the dev should make the game the way they want to also to those who donate money the way i see things and this come's from what i hear from some donaters that they pay so they should say what goes in the game. not true you payed for an idea and that was all. lol game looks good tho
Dafuq you talking about? He has absolutely no intention to abandon this project. Are you high?Well TBH, When PixDES communicated last year that the development cycle will be changing and now the updates would come a bit late (3 Months interval to be precise) , many of us took the hint that this one was going to get abandoned soon but its really sad to see it happen.
The historical stats say....Dafuq you talking about? He has absolutely no intention to abandon this project. Are you high?
Whose “historical stats”? It can't be his, because it's his first game. The historical stats say....
Course, there are always exceptions....
