The game ist so dead .. i played the last Update over a year ago .. Nothing happens anymore exept some pics for keeping the payers

It's better to skip waiting another few months. The project is dead after six months of silence. It's unlikely anything more will appear here. It's common with well-known game IPs for people to suddenly disappear.

The project is still in development. Desdraw is still working on the last renders and animations for the next update. That's all I can say and share.
I know everyone is concerned about the next update. But I'm also wondering about his health (coz like it or not if he falls too sick the game would likely die). Did he say anything regarding that?

He continues to deal with his health issues. He hasn't been able to undergo surgery yet for personal reasons, and I hope he will be able to do so soon. Even so, he continues working on the game and is focused on releasing quality content in the next update.

Well if palmtrees89 research is correct, and I have reason to believe he is, thanks to one of the devs popping up in both this thread and the City of Dreams thread consistently. With the CoD release, hopefully they'll focus on this game for the next little while.
But keep in mind the last update took 8 months for ~120 renders. So probably don't expect too much either.

A very promising game, but the updates are so short and slow that some people probably forgot about its existence.
