Firstly, you mentioned two age ranges, 18-21 which is I assume for the early adult years where hormones are raging and 28-31 which is the age range where women are said to be at the falloff point for chances to conceive a child and after that the chances decrease exponentially. I know for Chinese women that it is usually enforced upon them that it's their filial duty to conceive a child with their partner to continue their family bloodline. However, with these types of stories that doesn't usually apply. Secondly, there was a donghua I watched before that the mc produced a pill during a pill refining competition which Changed the appearance of the human body to look younger. Whether or not that rewound the body clock too is another question. Also, in another donghua they also had viagra pills too so it stands to reason they probably had pills to increase the chances of conceiving too which means that the age range of 28-31 doesn't matter as much as in the real world. As for the earlier age range, I mentioned in a previous post that Chinese women who follow the old customs which are predominant in these stories aren't exactly free with their sexuality like westerners and are more reserved. They don't excuse themselves to go to take care of themselves or jump on the nearest available dick they see. They'll either meditate or do something else to take their mind off of it.
As for the time together with the mc, I dont think it would mean less for Elina because the mc being around her made her feel again. Sect Elders usually don't run into the arms of another person or hug them, they maintain their composure. Yanyan reminds me of Zi Yan from BTTH as she's also a beast who only eats medical plants and pills. I don't think she'll easily forget him when he basically arranged for her to eat more delicious food in her eyes. While it may not be love currently, the thought of someone who introduced you to something you really enjoy sticks in the mind and will make her miss him. Vanny is a little tricky but I'm reminded of that bath house scene where she bathed with him and used the touch of her body against his back to pay off her debt. It may seem slutty but women don't usually expose themselves that easily in these types of stories and usually chase after the person who saw them bathing to punish/kill them. Plus she said that he was the second person to bathe with her and for a princess to do that with a man means they share a connection and not just the connection of her siphoning off his qi.
Yua is clearly in love with the mc that she can't even hide her jealously and will probably pine for him while his not around. Liana and Dyna will probably fall into the typical storyline of 'the mc saved her from death and she started falling in love with him' so nothing will change much. Dyna will probably focus her attention on her pill refining and research not knowing what that feeling is in the background. Yua and Liana will probably end up with more pursuers trying to court them now that the mc isn't around. Even though it was a brief encounter Astrid is probably considering him as nothing more than a saviour of her student and disciple of her friend that she helped heal, nothing more at this time. I know some of you may question that with "why did she swallow his jizz then", the answer to that question is 2 possible answers. Firstly, there are times when the poison can turn into gas when exposed to air and attack the people in the vicinity so the mc would have been poisoned again. Then again she may have just wanted to taste it. Whereas Lumi will most likely remain as an iceberg using her hypnotic gaze to stop men from approaching her and those that do will be met by her guard dog that's watching over her.
A couple of things will happen during those 10 years though. The sect will be rebuilt and the levels of the surviving members will increase. In addition to that, the main change will probably be with Serena due to her fathers ultimatum of forcing her into an arranged marriage if she doesn't meet the required qi level.
Also, I don't think you hate the story but like most western people are just ill informed in regards to these types of stories so have different thoughts overall in how they progress which is why I responded to this next post to give people a chance to take a look at what's available. I recommend perfect world or BTTH to look at something more in line with this story excluding the sexual acts of course.
The medium is usually referred to as donghua and the stories are usually developed from Wuxia/Xianxia novels. Anime is developed in Japan with a strong focus on 2D animation and donghua's are developed in China with a strong focus on 3D animation. They do have 2D animation but its mostly rubbish, it's like watching a photoshop slideshow. They've only had a couple of decent anime shows released so far 'kings avatar' and 'solo levelling'. Donghua's are different in terms of actual length as they can be either 5-7mins long or 15mins long per episode which put a lot of people off watching them. Some examples of those are 'perfect world', 'battle through the heavens' aka BTTH and 'swallowed star'.
