Generally, be pro-active when you meet with them, and ask to include Vicky when Jules hits on Emily. That said, you won't get to actually participate in the threesome even if you pick that option, because Vicky isn't (yet) ready to fuck her friend. You get to watch Vicky and Jules going at it.

If it's "1.6.0" instead of "0.1.6.0" people are gonna get confused and think the game is completed and the 6 is just the number of updates after completion.
The best way is "0.6.0". The first number "0" is whether the game is finished or not, in this case its a 0 because it's in alpha/beta. The second number "6" is about the amount of updates prior to full release. So for example if it's 0.15.0. that means there's been 15 updates since the game started development. And the third number is just bugfixes. So when the game is finished it's gonna look like "1.0.0". And if you wanna keep adding "dlc" or updates after it's finished it will go like "1.1.0", "1.2.0" etc.
The current one is ok too as long as people understand what the letters mean. Either way as long as the changelog tab in the OP is up to date people can see how much content there is.

On a completely different note, a bit of art nit-pick:
Connor's sprite should be probably scaled down a little for consistency: i get that hes' supposed to be a large guy, but as it is now he's positioned way too low, relative to Emily (note how his knees are much lower on the screen) and if you lined them up his head would be out of the frame.
I imagine something like this, size-wise?
With added bottom part for the pants, obv.

The block that starts with "Relax, Andrew. I won’t bite… unless you want me to." and ends with "I know. That’s what makes it so much fun." is repeated twice.

Great game, it has a lot of potential. But please finish it properly – unlike most developers here who get praise and then abandon their games halfway through. Love scen with gas

Hey Paul, love your game, so many paths, wow. I was wondering if Em and her roommate ever thought about adopting a doggy to protect their property (wink-wink).
I couldn't help but notice peeking at the code for the phone paths that there is no "fucked" variable for Marcus like there is for seemingly every other character in the game? So does that mean there are no plans for there to ever be anything sexual between him and Emily?

All the variables for the whole game are not in place. I've started to introduce Marcus's arc in Day 7 (the next update), but you still have to imagine that a relationship between Emily and Marcus won't magically happen. It will take time and certain choices

Basically you can't the console is locked but you can always tweak the code to do so.
However, this would be a pity, as money management is a variable that conditions many things in the game. If you have unlimited money, you're more likely to waste scenes and passages than have fun.
Is there gonna be a game over in this game like when Emily goes to jail for shoplifting? Cause that would be kinda neat and also kinda exhilarating having to dodge all the potential consequences that she will get into.

Starting with the next update, the consequences of illegal activities (theft, drugs, etc.) will begin to be more significant.
There won't be a game over so early in the game, but eventually, choosing crime could have very negative consequences... or not. It all depends on your choices
