There are decisions, so no.

But does the decision really matter or it only like cum inside vs outside? This dev has only made kinetic VN before and I don't trust him/her will deliver a game where choices actually matters

There should be a notice when you load your save. You need to load a save at the very end of 0.2 (check auto if you don't have a manual there). Otherwise, it's needed to replay from when Cam and Jessica decide their options on what to do (0.2 update).

I did load the save from the end of 2 -- a black screen with text saying save here. When I load from that, I get an unresponsive map. Clicking on every building, location name, map pin, images of vehicles, trees, birds, roads, street signs, and train tracks does nothing.

This is another of DumbKoala 's amazing games. It's a real shame that some members here feel the need to give 1-star reviews because they are confused about something or misunderstood the reason for a character's intentions. That is not what reviews are for.
DumbKoala's work is consistent and easy to understand if you have any intelligence. Those ignorant members are missing out on a great experience.

Is this kinetic like the majority of this dev's projects? If so, it needs a kinetic tag so it can be avoided by those of us who don't wanna waste our time with it.

Really love this Dumb Koala!!! Finally a longer, fun game with choices. Amazing graphics (some of your best work) and a decent simple story. Can't wait for more!
