Not incubus/supernatural but maybe something like Divagate might fit - especially if you want it to be NTR as well?
Every NTR/GOR games are like that, intentionally lose for the scenes. Personally Mirage was a bit of a downgrade on corruption ntr and really only good for the worldbuilding and more lore. The choices here are more natural, you could see why you would end up choosing the corruption choices other than being braindead wanting to see sex scenes. This is a tsundere x dense couple in a rigged escape room scenario compared to Mirage's master x servant being broken by a seductress and a cliche brandead blackmail. Like maybe the pink witch there had a plausible reason to win over the boy.
Best part is he was only wounded at the end. Very possible he makes a return as main villain in a future work once he's recovered from his wounds.
If I remember correctly, they always referenced that he's NOT handsome. We can reference the incubus from Mirage Defection, they mainly use their brainwashing and suggestion, but they are NOT desirable in any way without the brainwashing.
Demons dont seem that different from humans when it comes to body types. So its likely if an Incubus wanted to be buff they could be. Sadie however likley has never had to work for anything a day in his life. His powers ensure he always has women to bone and his authority as a Demon Army leader seems to sexually place him over most succubi as well so he gets to bone them too. He's likley the unattractive slob that he is simply out of a decadent laziness.
