AFAIK no, there are a few games where you as a male corrupt someone's wife but it is cheating, not cuckolding

EDIT: Personal Trainer is the only one that comes close with this.
One of the characters is a married woman and you blackmail her husband in a cuckold relationship but it is more of a sandbox harem game so that character, while currently having the most or second most events is not the main or only love interest of the MC

yeah from svs, you can save & load and the game works fine didn't find any bug
