R2 has a whole bunch of content. More story, Metropolis has things to do besides daydream and make money, new attributes and goal system, and a reason to gun for Metropolis earlier in a run instead of just boosting with Academics as long as physically possible.

Lots more stuff to do now.

is there some guide or such?
i did 7loops and understood i can't progress any further
only stats i managed to open are: athletics, drive, frugality and instinct
tried to make full dreamer run, tried to level up charisma to 1, but it was just a waste of time...

so is there any guidance or hints what i need to achieve to open something new?

I don't remember much of early game, some of this may not be accurate

Ignore Charisma stat while just starting. Costs too much to be worth it. Ignore Master Your Popularity goal. It buffs how much relation levels buff stat gain, based off your charisma level. But it's very low and only useful if you have high charisma levels. Ignore it until you do

Spend MOL on the upgrades for stamina and focus. Prioritize stamina because you need lots more stamina so you don't have to rest 3 times a day. Yumeno questline gives a food upgrade, DuMont questline also gives a food upgrade
Follow Hashimoto's questline for Larceny Kit, gives you free finance xp every day and boosts goal progress
DuMont's questline gives an upgrade to eye catching attire. Ostentatious clothes raises relations with everyone in same city as you, pretty good for relation levels
Hashimoto's questline also leads to self destructive stance (basically doubles to triples rewards from goals that cost 40+ stamina), and the tower stuff
Yumeno's questline leads to game development, which gives 10 MOL per goal completion

Investigating Tanaka's kidnapping goal has two paths. Complete it early to unlock study language actions and spam those with larceny kit and generous stance. Which takes like 20-30 days depending on how low your focus is. Or just ignore it until day 98. DuMont's questline eventually leads to a goal with... I don't remember cause I auto it. Think it was 30k or 50k progress needed. Which unlocks a rich people club, with a 15k goal for fancy rich food. Which unlocks a 20k(?) goal to learn of a job. Which unlocks a different study language option. What makes this option special is with eye catching attire or ostentatious clothes, it costs over 40 stamina, which means you can self destructive it. Makes it super easy. Then just complete the investigation on day 98, and get on the plane on day 99.

I'm honestly not sure which of the two paths is better for the early game, so it's up to your judgement.

Tower stuff, for that feat that unlocks an upgrade for academics
Jackal questline unlocks relations for a new character and a 120 stamina action that raises that character's relation. Hashimoto's unlocks 60 stamina actions that gives academics and progress a goal. The stamina costs assume you have eye catching attire or ostentatious clothes equipped. At the end of that goal you'll get the feat. Takes like 200k progress or something.

Even if you can't get the tower feat, tower is still good because academics buffs all stat gain, which includes academics. So academics lvl up, charisma lvl up, the relation action and ostentatious clothes lead to relation lvl up, then repeat. It's a loop that leads to all your stats spiking until level up costs get too high. Should help you get your finance lvl high enough to get that finance feat, you can also spam focus training afterwards with the benefit of high academics. Then spam your goals.

I'm honestly not sure how much of this is helpful, since it's been... 4-5 months since I started playing? Hopefully some of it helps. A lot of this list is me remembering some things, then remembering more related things as I type, so it's a bit random.

I don't see this in any of the builds. Did you have to extract it from one of the .sav files?

Ah, I see what happened. At some point you must have hit the "load and test" option when loading a save. So that's probably from one of your saves. It turns out that you can get a similar printout of any of the Hall of Fame saves by Load + Test-ing them as well.

There was talk about having a sort of semi-guide several posts back. A full playthrough guide with that detail is a bit much, but something along the lines of just listing the goal completions is probably more fair.

If you want something as detailed as the instructions.txt, here's the output of the Dev's playthrough on the R1 Hall of Fame.

The sanity stat pains me. Mainly because it gets me till day 310, and any upgrade means I now have to adjust at least 160 days worth of actions

Edit: Wow, that's certainly a lore drop. Also most R2 scenes attached to the same action has an issue where if you hit it with enough goal progress for 2 or more scenes, you only get to see the first scene

...it took me up to around day 500. From day 400 to 500, I got... 3 MOL. 100% not worth it. Hopefully levels in Clarity isn't required to unlock any scene variants, because I'm avoiding Clarity like the plague
You absolutely must avoid clarity. At higher levels, you can't even die. I had to scrap a loop because I realized I wouldn't run out of sanity for AGES.

If you have enough extra progress from power that you manage to entirely skip parlaying with Paladin, you get locked out getting the Balanced stance. Whoops.

It sucks since Balanced is the best stance for general end of loop MOL grinding since it bumps attributes and relationships for all actions with no restrictions on usage.

Some minor feedback.

I'd really appreciate it if you used leading zeros on the days, at least for save files. So d010, d020, d030 etc.
I'd also appreciate it if currentSave, previousSave, and possibly even loopEnd shared a prefix that kept them at the top of the saves list.
I've said this before but just in case it was missed- using multiple !s for when you're going to level up or complete a goal multiple times would be nice. Especially right now because of the whole skipping scenes bug, since it'd give you a chance to maybe use handheld games or something to avoid that.
