The scene is bugged and the walkthrough mod breaks the fix, you can't use it in order to get it.

In the last update if you get the option to help him or not but that about it if you do choose to help then in the coming updates you’ll get ntr scene with both if not the probably only ntr sends with others besides her

I don't get watching other people play video games to begin with but why would anyone need or want to watch someone else playing a porn game, especially with something as basic as a VN?
