For anyone else wondering, the "villa" that the mayor is referring to is the house on the beach where you woke up once you become a girl, just interact with one of the walls on the left hand side of the building.

Its retranslated entirely with GPT4o so the dialogue is going to be a lot better than DLSite's version.

Yeah, apparently it's not AI... Bethesda handcrafted that game almost entirely. They make good mod fodder and immersive settings but they have the most god awful writers of all kinds ever, lol.
We saw that once again with Starfield. Haven't changed in 20 years... whelp, rip next Elder Scrolls. Secretly releasing Skyrim 2: Sike bois here we go again Edition is going to get them exactly the same vomit-splatter response they got from Starfield.
