Its retranslated entirely with GPT4o so the dialogue is going to be a lot better than DLSite's version.

Yeah, apparently it's not AI... Bethesda handcrafted that game almost entirely. They make good mod fodder and immersive settings but they have the most god awful writers of all kinds ever, lol.
