Here is all the outfits avaliable
- Blouse & Mini Skirt: Start with
- Sports Bra & Panties: Start with
- Exercise Wear: Start with
- Competitive Swimwear: Start with
- One Piece & Staw Hat: Given to you by Grampa after talking to him 6 times at his house
- Sexy V Microbikini: Must try entering the changing area at the beack before purchasing online at home computer
- Cosplay Outfit: Given to you during the Otaku Route in the Otaku's apartment if Otaku Skill is high enough
- Tai Miko Outfit: Given to you when starting the Tai Miko Dance Training at the priest house
- Bakunyunn Kamen Outfit: Given to you during the Gym Wrestling Side quest by entering the gym before or on Aug 5 using the gym key given by teacher in teacher's lounge if student evaluation is 100 or more.
Varients like the Tai Miko Festival Outfit or Tai Miko Kagayama Outfit are not accessible outside their scripted parts in base game

Most of those are from the mod. The outfits I mentioned above are the only once attainable base games, while there are varients that are shown but can't be used outside their scripted events
the mod adds new costumes and skins

at least for v6.6 of the mod.
the exhibit outfit is obtained by finishing the exhibitionist quest by collecting all 7 of the porn mags.
The police outfit is done through the police questline at the police station. Only starts if you read the Women's magazine 251 which is only available at the begining of the month
The Syndicate bunny outfit and prositutions I believe are attained by looking up the syndicate lore at the library where the folklorist is and then speaking to the girl in the fox mask near the top of the gachi brothel area downtown. Then it just progress through the syndicate storyline.
That's all avaliable currently for this mod.
If you look up adal's work here in the forum, you can download his outfits and mod them into the game by just replacing the img files with the modded files.

About my work (thanks for mentioning it), note that adding my outfits into the game requires to replace existing ones. If you're patient enough you can wait till i release a WIP version of the mod i'm working on, as they will be added as new outfits instead of overwriting existing ones.

I need to make a correction on my previous statements. While the base game only allows you to have a some of the costumes and none of unique varients, the mod does add new costumes for new content and does allow you to have the unique varients.
To attain them as the mod intented, you need to complete the syndicate quest and raise your relationship with the matriarch with jewelry. Doing so with unlock her shop from her room which allows you to buy all the in-game, including the exclusive varients and modded costumes, no limitations at all.

No. There is no way of saving your progression with different characters as any progress you make with different characters will revert back once a new game loop begins. It's better to focus on one character and achieve their endings and move onto another after each loop.
Each route is fairly stand alone and their endings can be achieve pretty quick if you focus solely on attaining it. The only one's I would suggest doing back to back is Amemyia Shouta and Bandou Ryuuji as Bandou's route only starts after finishing the first date with Amemyia.

sorry but I had problems with the mod, some files are damaged or something and basically the game doesn't load, even with the bugfix...
