Cabra's curse is " hollow chains", the village across the sea is wet-nurse. So those I already have, I'm missing another one.

The patch just goes in the same directory, so you have "Audio, Data, Fonts, Graphics, System" folders together.
You shouldn't have a game.rgss3a unless you downloaded the first version OP uploaded. The current OP version has extracted the files already. If you keep the game.rgss3a file it will never load the patches. You can either extract it yourself (I linked a tool to do so a few pages back), or just redownload from the OP (if one of the links is still the old version with the rgss3a, please let OP know) and then overwrite with my patch.
You don't have to delete the steam files. My patch removes the code that calls them, so they won't actually do anything except take up space.

You can. Just keep defending (not attacking) and let the monsters tear your clothes.
I'm fully aware that you can attain it through letting the monsters tear my clothes, I just don't know how to exactly change into Maid Outfit since it is the closest thing I can get to fighting half naked in underwear.

There is no sex scene after the handshake. Giselle gets naked, he asks for 100,000G for the book, then says there's another way to pay. Before he can go further Lana comes to check on you and interrupts. He then tells you to get 100,000G and you leave. You then have to go to the casino to get the money.
I play the game twice with different choices and it has not been like this, with 100+ lewdness and 10 lewdness only, both runs went the same way : Kabra handshake leads to a mind control and Giselle gets gagbanged.
I just played this part...There's two times you get the handshake option, first time you shake you get naked and lana interrupts, then after you get the money and go to buy the book you get another chance to handshake, if you do it the 2nd time you get gangbanged.
I went to the dragon capital first, not sure if going to the port first instead changes this.

I decided to do some experimenting. It seems like the second handshake only happens if you win the card game. If you lose, you instead get the bukkake event at the casino. This causes Giselle to be annoyed, so she rushes Cabra through the purchase, meaning he never offers a handshake. Then after buying the book you go back to the hotel and take a bath and (if your Lewdness is high enough), you then have sex with Lana.
