OK nm, I got out of the room, who would have thought you don't click on the door to open it.

Got another problem now though, in the cave, found the pickaxe, but can't use it when I try and clear the rockfall.

I'm assuming you found the answer by now (or gave up), but it seems if you examine the rock pile before you find the pickaxe, it's bugged and nothing happens when you go back after finding the pickaxe. I had to load a save and redo it so that I found the pickaxe first before examining the rock pile.

After going to speak with "Kester" (the owner of the bar in the second village) to pay the debt of that guy Tane,if choose to do it by working as a dancer (and win some more corruption points) on the end when Thea's shift is finally over and the debt is paid i can't keep playing the game because there is only a black screen and the only thing that work is when pressing the right button on the mouse that opens the menu with different options(item;skill;equip;status;journal;options,save,game end)! If choose just to pay the debt by giving 2000 gold there is obviously not a problem like this and it's seems that happens only if you decide to work as a dancer! Does someone know how to fix this "dancer work" problem and keep playing the game?

I have the same problem. Did you fix this...anf if, how?

This game is still too far to satisfy the players due to the many bugs in the game. Hopefully developers can fix it in a better direction soon. It's a shame with a sexy character but there are many obstacles.

i so hope too! i mean he his open for feedback and i talked to him and he was nice. and there was for quite some time no story/content update - even i think we all appreciate the bug fixing - which i assume did take quite some ressources of his time and energy... i just wonder personally if he continues this game since i saw somewhere he started making another one? (which didn't seem to be his normal scenario when seeing his previous game before cursed and cursed. but i hope i am wrong

Thea did free the Succubus,so did the demon actually decide to give her kind of a gift, rather a slow burn curse. Slowly turn Thea into a Succubus herself?. It is kind of confusing why the demon would punish the one that gave back her freedom. Besides the Succubus did take a good long look at Thea. Thea would look even sexier as a demon herself. "evil grin". Just saying.

By the way, if anyone interested, the 0.47 version is freely available on his patron the meantime but no new content. I'm surprised Sid hasn't thrown the towel in already. Wanted to work on 2 games and none of them were getting anywhere with this snail pace and now he can't even render images while busy tweaking Cohab. *sigh*

I can't count how many times I read such excuses that the game developer's PC is dying. Backup is unknown and a very secret technology

unfortunate. also i agree i don't know why he doesn't fully focus on this game and try to at least bring it too some level like e.g. first 2 acts finished or something but like this its really tedious/exhausting and also annoying and sad. - and now his desktop broke? oh man... see you next year i guess with then just a small update if any... *sigh*

Update is mostly about the Thieves Hideout. Mostly technical updates and rebalancing, and minor story progression (quoted below).

Once you've found out about the Thieves Hideout you can now go there, kill the thieves, and acquire the unicorn's horn, an ingredient Thea needs to break her curse. There's also a mountain path map that leads up to the hideout plus an optional cave area.

Note that the dev is focused on developing other games right now so this thread should rightfully be tagged as "On Hold".

thx for the info and shared links. appreciated but i am really sad and a bit disspointed he works on so many projects and it seems cursed got on the backseat with way less attention. i feel sad also supporting the creator now since i wanted to see more cursed - or at least a few things i suggested him to change - but neither of both seems to happen any time sooner or later.

It is weird because the other game DEBT is on version 0.90 and is really small so why not just finish that and then put their full attention on CURSED?
