Did a fresh start of the game and it says end of chapter 15 . Can that be correct or ist it some wrong

I had the same problem starting from the beginning and both walkthrough mods available here the game only goes up to chapter 15.

Did a test and not copy script.rpyc and scripts.rpyc from walkthrough mod and it looks like it worked , did countine after chapter 15

AnonymousLegend had me literally beat by minutes Chapter 15 still has the missing jump problem:

In Ch15.rpy the end labels are not adapted to start Chapter 16 (there should be jump start016 instead of the end of content message)
