CMI? Sorry there are a lot of pages in this thread.

you should have been able to get to it if you just read the instructions from sukebei. This game is not click and run regardless of what the op says if you want it to run up to your expectations. There are a number of steps you should take.

Is the torrent horrifically slow for anyone else? I'm getting a grand total of a few mb/s and I don't fancy waiting over 20 hours for the download lmao

No one is seeding, I downloaded Custom Order Maid 3D2 JAPANESE version (I did not include Custom Maid 3D2 because Im very short on storage space) from inlolzwetrust torrent and I will keep seeding at least 1~2TB but I want to install DLCs and Updates, and I want the game to be vanilla as much as possible so mods I will probably just install uncensor and english translation, not sure yet if it will break stuff...
I will search for some sites, if I find any good enough I may mirror the whole thing to download in a single part with a good speed.

EDIT: After reading the guide, unfortunately I can't keep seeding as it will break the game..

I'd like to download a mod that allows me to change my body size. The game usually only allows changes from 20 to 100. Do you know of any mods that can do that? If you could send me a download link, I'd really appreciate it.

Assuming you have CMI installed with any preset other than "Basic" you should also have AddModSlider aka WIDESLIDER installed. Make sure wideslider is enabled with F5 key (no red buttons). You can push the slieders limits with it but some changes will obviously cause severe offsets in actual gameplay.

The uncensured patch is no longer available here:

Is there an alternative link?.

Shit from a 6 years old post will surely work on a weekly updated game that is still under very active development. For the record HF died years ago. Roughly around the same time as that patch was posted here.
What you are looking for is this . Don't use the Basic preset. That's all you need to know for now.

Is there a reason that inlolzwetrust isn't just in charge of this thread? We really need to get the CMI links into the OG post instead of making this guy reply to every single comment. Possible to ping mods and update?

Havent fiddled with updating the English translation so that might be the issue, but getting an error when I select Hagarumo (evil and mischievous) personality that translates to no data at like .1000.

The error being thrown is this one, which is saying no data exists for-1000

Have updated English translation and tried removing and reinstalling the personality pack, but still getting the error.

Can anyone share their advanced or finished game (save)? I've currently been in the game for 330 days, I don't dislike it but I've reached a point where I feel like I'm not advancing much in the story and I'm seeing less and less content, the last thing I saw was the idol route that's all, I don't know how to continue in the story or other routes. If anyone can share their game I would appreciate it.

Good evening inlolzwetrust.

I have one question, if I installed DLC but lost it when I upgraded to version 2.5 (the checker shows it as missing), should I still install it (downgrade it) and then update the game, or will that still break the game? (I deleted the CMI before updating so I could install it on the original version.) Have you tried this?

Doesn't upgrading to 2.5 copy the whole COM folder? I haven't actually upgraded to test this. I tried it a very long time ago but deleted it afterwards.
I think dlc checker looks inside the COM3D2 folder not in COM3D2.5. I think it uses the COM registry key. I'm saying this because even if installed in ENG COM3D2 it still reads the JAP COM3D2 folder.
Just take note of what you think is missing.
Search that dlc name inside COM_NewListDLC.lst and see what arc file it uses for detection. Note that .arc name and search for it in your GameData folder.
I expect that some dlc will be disabled if new highpoly body is used. I doubt that they remade all the motions to be compatible with the new body.
If the installer detects that a dlc is already installed then it is.

I'm just starting to play this game, so I didn't know, but I've already figured it out.

New personalities are only available when hiring a new maid from the “admin” tab. When starting the game, we always have to start with the characters: muku, majime, and rindere. So you need at least 3,000,000 to hire a new character.

However, since this is the R9 pack, it does not contain all of the current content. This is because in 2025, a lot of new DLC, personalities, and more were added. So, I recommend going to the from inlolzwetrust , finding the link to the DLC there, and then going to the English game category. There, you need to download several dozen (yes, several dozen) additional DLCs from this year. Then you can easily install them one by one and enjoy the content, unless you want to add MODs, which are also available at the same link :)

In the COM3D2 discord, there is a new VNTL Translation Pack that translates the JP script and UI using the VNTL LLM. Has anyone seen how it compares to the existing Sugoi translation?

inlolzwetrust have you seen the translation before and if it's better, would you consider merging it with the official com3d2 eng translation?

I already did that. If you take a look at the modpack guide you'll find a link to the translation repository (official eng merged with vntl and official eng tutorial screens)
From my limited experience by actually comparing some samples of the old Sugoi V4 and vntl LLM the difference is quite noticeable. They are trained differently. vntl LLM produces way better results and is more consistent if set up properly. Q8 is the minimum I would use to translate. Q4 is much faster on my machine but it might produce gibberish that I would later have to hunt down and it's not that easy to spot without knowing some patterns to look for. I don't have a pc suitable for running Sugoi 14B Q8. Q4 should be fine but in the same conditions I can run vntl Q8 so I'll just stick with that. It would be just as slow for me. The temperature you set makes a huge difference. In theory it should be closer to 0 for it to produce a more literal and consistent translation. 0.1-0.3 range at max otherwise it improvises too much. I prefer 0.1. The results I get on my machine will differ from what you'll get on yours. You need at least 8GB of vram to run a good model efficiently and get optimal results. Otherwise it will be slow af if it has to offload parts of the model in ram (3-5 sec per long line). If you want to try it yourself I can dm you my translation cache so you'll have a starting point. Without it it will take days for you to generate a new one from scratch. And you'll have to manually fix the errors. And trust me, it's not an easy task. Script translation should go fine for the most part without too many random errors but when it gets to UI translation it will very likely produce a lot of gibberish because of lack of context and special characters like quotes and line breaks. Whenever I do translation I keep an eye on the log once in a while to see if it didn't go haywire. Then I manually translate the error lines. It's much easier to do incremental updates of a few hundred kb of raw text at a time because you have better control.
I liked how fast the old Sugoi V4 used to run on my machine but the results were kinda meh. Not that much better than current google translate. Google translate is now actually pretty good compared to a couple years ago. Still it doesn't compare to DeepL.
