Using goldberg runs just fine.
Just drop the "Engine" folder from the zip into the folder that contains the original "Engine" folder and overwrite when asked.

Looks like it's already installed, here is a save with the gallery unlocked, might be buggy because all I did was edit the save to unlock the gallery not progress the game
Goes in %localappdata%\CuteHoneyBunnyGirl\Saved\SaveGames

What does replacing the steam_api64.dll file give and where should I move it?

scenes seem to be bugged, I don't get the options to the right side of the previews. All i can do is fill circle with <space> to move through faster through the initial animation, then W speeds up, a slows down, and s stops it. But no options to insert or finish.

I had the same problem. It worked for me when I changed the resolution to 1920x1080 which also made window mode work.
