Overview:
Follow the adventures of Bud, a Dark Matter factory supervisor who admires Kassiah and more.
While she's running a booth with Aline in the city center to promote Cybercorp, he sees a unique opportunity to get close to her.
Unfortunately it's not that easy to seduce such a beauty, but then the odds comes into play. This project was made in 15 days. DLC from Cyberslayers​

So ... forgive me if I seem a little slow, but is this DLC in the Skyrim sense that you unpack it into the main game folder and the content appears in the main game?

Or is it a stand-alone spin-off game telling a story outside of the main continuity?

It's a standalone game. The term "DLC" may be confusing. It's a bonus little game in the world of Cyberslayers.
Just download it and extract it somewhere, play.
