Bit of advice: "i5" and "i7" are completely meaningless descriptors by themselves. i5 and i7 what? 1st gen Nehalem from 2008? Raptor Lake 13th and 14th gen? The important information is the number that comes after the i5 and i7, the generational SKU. Just saying "i5" or "i7" is as pointless as just saying "Intel" or "AMD." Same goes for the people asking for PC advice, but it's doubly important for developers.

Umm, these spec's are last gen. I know because I just upgraded from a i7 to i9 (highest chip my 2018 z390 board could handle) and all those components are much cheaper than they were. Also, the newer stuff has been out for 1-2 years at this point.
