Lich King should use Fireball more often with mana changes I've made. Yeah that combat is meh compared to the Orech one, to compensate I've added the Vampire Mistress like Amaraine wanted I guess? :

Like in last PT, I reached the city after defeating lich king.
Priest tells me to come back in 14 days with all women (why ALL, I can only come with 4 ?)
Then, waited even 15 days (to be sure), she tells me again the same long story, and that I should come in 14 days to conquer the city-guard and the weak king.

Is this bug or feature ?

Do the Factions stats have any importance? Temple - Decadents - Dominas

AFAIK
The only one that matters would be Dominas and that is if you want to add more Sorceress to your roster otherwise the faction rep means nothing
Temple and Decadents I really don't see the point of having a low rep cause you won't be met with enough hostility to be attacked and with high rep there are no rewards
Maybe in Hills there could be a change of fetish for one of your party members only if you have defeated the Lich King but that is still pointless and it is better to just do a bunch of adventuring to different areas and collecting gears

If you rep is high enough to join the Decadents' orgy, you also get the option to buy mana from them. That said, I don't ever remember a playthrough where I was so short of mana that I had to make a trip out there to buy it.

I haven't found any consequences to a high or a low Temple rep either, except - as you mention - being able to use Lilith's power in the hills. (Is it Lilith? I suck at names lol) - which requires that Temple and Domina reps are not hopelessly out of whack.

Ninoss there seems to be a bug with Sorc: When she is down with mana to 3 or 2, and I use "Ice" (which costs 2 mana), the game tells me that there is not enough mana! No damage done, 2 mana is subtracted, turn is lost.

Suggestion about money: In hard mode, money is overflowing (had 75 000). There is no real use for all of that.
May be buying mana and healing at the trader should have more increasing costs every time.

EDIT: Also I would like to add that I saw a weird bug, I am not sure if everybody had this bug. Once you complete the harem mission you can ask your cousin (or sister don't remember) to take care of the horny girls if they come asking. Normally a picture/scene should show but nothing shows up. It just skips to the next part of the game.
The relevant code is in sex.rpy, at the option "Let Maitreya play with her". I know how python works but not renpy, so I do not know how to debug it.

AFAIK Harem mod is basic and it is very much WIP
Don't expect too much
Building a harem, having a queen/concubine/slave, pregnancy (I believe that is optional) etc are there
Though things like game logic on happiness checks and girl maintenance are still far from complete cause those ones might work well in the original version but the remastered version changes the game
Eg. The roster expansion is substantial
Game logic and coding for happiness checks and girl maintenance needs to be adjusted and tested to fit the remastered version that could take who knows how long before that can be proper called 'complete'

I recommend playing "Remastered" (1.2.3) and go for harem.
This version is the newest and really fun to play. No need for mod impo.

No idea, I just played the remastered version. But the end game is four objectives given by your relative. Once this is done the story is finished I think? Except there is no "you won the game!" screen.
