Sci-fi version could also be fun / interesting, captain a ship and have it run like a Rogue Trader or Traveler ship (more likely start as the latter and work into being at the scale of the latter).

I do love such games, regardless of if they are SFW or NSFW. there is a great game like that on this site, called Space Journey X. its got the man content finished, but the creator releases side content sometimes, which is like DLC.
I will be happy if another such game were to be made.

tbh, I didnt notice any while playing.

Among other things, pregnancy doesn't work at all. There's a scripting error that demands a rollback every time a girl tries to break the news to you.
