Are the batches even out? I thought that was just her saying that they had been finished, not necessarily released yet
The post on her Patreon indicates they're "finished" but that's generally just a placeholder; because her Patreon is pay-by-post she wouldn't get paid if she didn't create a paid post before the end of the month. The post indicates she'll send the artworks between March 5th and 9th which is generally when she gets around to finishing all the versions.
She'll create another post on Patreon after she sends out the art but since you probably won't be able to read that post I generally recommend you follow her on Twitter. If you see her post something like
You must be registered to see the links
then you can reasonably conclude she's sent out the batches.

From what I read from her Patreon post a couple days back, this month's batch will be sent between 5th of March - 9th of March.
