Can't find Lori in the hospital for "Makeup Artist" quest. What do I do? I'm supposed to find her in the afternoon after walking in on her in the shower and Traci throws me out. She doesn't appear and the nurses tell me "All Nurses are busy" or something of the sort.

Hmmm...
Gonna be honest, this is getting a bit annoying.
I'm not one for hype, so watching a dev post 3 tweets in a 10 day span with a pic basically for the point of adding hype and no actual information provided such as a date/progress report. Just proves to irritate more than anything.

Well, it is a good marketing plot towards the...more easily excitable fans I'll give them that.

Melissa content! Well it looks like it's time for me to start supporting dev again :) 30% done I imagine this will be out by May-August unfortunately. But I hope it's worth it.

The problem is not in speed, but in diagonal obstacles along which you constantly slide to the side and run past the star. This is terribly annoying.
Just takes a little practice is all :Kappa: But honestly, I do hear you, it can be frustrating, and I'm sure you've tried several, several times. The extra time can help run back to grab the stars you missed, and not fail because of lost time.

I think it's timed where (with the un-extended time) you have to have a perfect run, no misses, and you'll have like less than a second leftover when you hit the last star. It is very tight, I'll admit. But there are other challenging games out there that are just as tight.

Yup, I think I had more trouble with the final lap then I had with the final moonshine run. But it was pretty much due to my own faults. Once i calmed down and saw what I was doing wrong, I aced it in the next two or so tries.......and then I found out about the vitamins....I think I got a fracture in my wrist from the facepalm.

I can't progress scenes with the mom after the X files quest triggers.

Everytime I visit the kitchen he says something about finding Deepthroat. Which according to the walkthrough can't be completed in this version.

So does it mean I'm stuck?

I can't trigger any other mom scenes from the walkthrough as she seem to be eternally stuck in the kitchen.

I must say, as frustrated as the minigames, it's actually quite fun, I hope they realize annoyance are not the same as challenge and tone it down, I haven't do the running minigame, but man the driving minigame took me at least more than 10 tries to be able to pass, I breath the sigh of relief that the annoyance has end, not the challenge.

I see the great potential of challenging gameplay in this game, never thought a sexual game would be fun

You can find Deep Throat at night in the Hospital parking lot. The current version is 5.7, and that quest can be completed in this one.

Hear me when I say that I'm not trying to diminish your experience, but I have some questions. Do you think that you see these minigames as annoyances since you only want the end result (since you know what it is) and the act of completing the tasks are just standing in the way?

If this minigame was in a game without sexual content and you just encountered it in the course of the story, would it still feel annoying, or would you classify it as a challenge since you don't know what's on the other side?

I agree. But the reward doesn't motivate me to try SO hard, so I just skipped the quest.

Minigames are interesting, but the difficulty level is sometimes too high. I completed the quest with driving a car in 2-3 tries, but the run turned out to be too difficult. There is simply no room for error. And the problem here is more likely not in the minigame itself, but in the control and logic of the minigame. The fact that the character rolls to the sides over the obstacles greatly complicates the already difficult quest and logically you need to run a circle with obstacles in a certain time, in reality you need to run a circle strictly along one route, which is rather strange. It is enough just to replace the stars with horizontal strips or make the stars larger and it will become much easier to complete the quest, and most importantly, more logical. Sometimes I just jump over the stars, it's a shame) The current level of difficulty, for example, can be left for a material reward or unique items, so that the player has a choice to strain hard or not, but so that it does not affect the passage of the story so much.
In addition, some scenes are repeated only the character models change, so I already know what the reward for the quest will be after passing. This does not motivate too much to complete difficult quests.

By the way, about "annoyances". Some quests are too long or have little benefit.
For example, the minigame of working in a warehouse is quite interesting, but the character does not need that much money to complete it. Unless during the Halloween festival, but the player does not know that he will need a lot of money there, so he will either skip part of the quest, or he will have to load previous save and earn money. Moreover, I went through half of the minigame, and I just dug up the rest in search of fossils.
On the other hand, it takes too long to search for fossils. I dug up all the available map about 3 times and didn't find everything. It's not difficult, but really annoying. Especially compared to giving a sister a can of Coke to raise affection. As a result, by the end of the available game, I had 27 cola cans left, but I did not find all the fossils. The difference in quest length for about one reward is obvious.

Really good game with a charming art style, the Dev is slow to the punch when it comes to adding new shit tho. Also literally no one asked for that shitty event update. Also If your games main draw is not "gameplay" then don't try to make it so, looking at you shitty minigames.
