If you think of the town and guild as a school it makes more sense.
if i think of it that way, it makes even less sense. raven and her guild become a single club/class that has gotten you thrown out of school, while the student body council and faculty don't/can't do anything about it. i mean expulsion is usually handled by the principle, not the class rep of a class you are not even in.

Not like that, think of them as cliques on the same level, that all get along with each other but not the MC and his crew. Either that or one big clique, since no bigger authority than them has been shown.

and exactly that is the problem you must have a city guard, a lord, his elite guard and other stuff that keeps the city running because the guild isn't. And if they are all as evil as portrait raven and her crew would have made a power grab for the city if they could, but they didn't which means there has to be a bigger dog a top of them, so them throwing MC out is not backed by anything really.

Raven's family is a warrior family. She's very very respected in Vigilance even by the king. You're looking at this completely the wrong way. Imagine you had a cousin or family friend that everyone, including you, look up to. All of a sudden a stranger comes to your group house and nearly kills your friend. Even IF your friend started it, you're still going to side with them.

they are respected? while acting like absolute shitheads to everyone?

you are applying a construct that works in normal human society and extrapolate it onto a society of absolut human scum that represents the lowest impulses we have without wasting a thought how that change in general character would influence the society. You portrait people that do what they want because they have the power and nobody stops them and you didnt think about what that says about the society they live in and now you defend their decisions/actions with morals and values that would have been crushed under an iron boot decades ago.

People like you described would end up with something like Commorragh of the Dark Eldar with Slavery, back stabbing, and every other evil shit. IF Raven wants to get rid of MC there would be others flogging to him just to see if they can use him against Raven in a plot to undermine her and grab power for them self.

Best case you help MC they kill each other and you fill the power vacuum, worst case MC gets killed while weakening Raven so you get another opening all without risk for you.

IF you want the King and the guild leaders be on the same page about that stuff than you have to show that in the dialog. Then they cant do what they want but need to be bound by a code everyone in on it adheres to or get punished by a system in place. It needs to be shown that they are an elitist group that thinks anybody not part of them is lesser. And if you want to tout normal morals and values as to why their actions work than they need to act like decent human beings around others while hiding they are scumbags. They cant act like a wild hog and evoke a moral high ground at the same time.

Either they are unrepentant rampant assholes and the society they live in reflects that or they hide it an using the system to their advantage.

So in this version we can play until the end of act 1? I am liking the game a lot, dev has great taste, the sisters that showed up at the start of the game already got me hooked up.

Some feedback from the top of my head:
Need a quest log and a marker in the map that has a quest.
Some kind of menu to see the girls and their progression/outfits/scenes, that would probably take a lot of work.
More scene angles since you have such good animations.
Be able to change outfits in scenes like Some way to see my inventory when buying items.

Very cool, thanks...
Only thing, it needs an in app quest-line, something to follow directly to know what to do or where to go, instead of the random of going everywhere during different days and times of day, give some direction...
