In the long term, at least an ending and perhaps some smaller events. (It's not so easy to find suitable media for that. One have to be creative...)

Yes, a simple search function has been implemented and will also be included in the next update.

I spent about 30 seconds looking at how hard this would be to mod, and the answer is not hard. How to either mod it, or, edit your own html to follow:

Do likewise for pigman pregnancy and dark orc pregnancy. This wont make it impossible to discover your pregnant, but you'll have to go looking, if you dont want to know at all, you could also remove the pregnancy indicator from UI
Also this editing and formatting done in notepad++ if using something else, your formatting may vary but what content to cut does not.
