I didn't play it. It seems this time around there isn't a videos folder with tons of random hentai videos, but the Hero folder has like 7gb, no idea what is going on with this version.
Not to my knowledge. The best you can do is the animations on some skins for taking damage (Niur's skins usually have that), and one of the loading screen packs.
It took ages to download from the MEGA links without premium (for future reference, if you care enough about a link you can download any size with the official Mega application, it just pauses the download everytime you hit the quota and trhen you need to wait 6 hours to continue, but it will finish eventually). Since it took so long, I decided to reupload to save people the pain:
These are the same files from OP, so interchangeable links. I have, however, renamed two of them that had part_1 instead of part1 in their names (otherwise 7zip couldn't extract them).
I've also noticed that about 16gb of the game's size was a single mod: Hentai Videos, which were some random scattered taimanin asagi videos or something. I removed it and made a second link here, so VERSION WITHOUT HENTAI VIDEOS:
I haven't actually had the time to play the game, but if it's anything like the Russian pack you'll have to activate mods manually one by one and there are like a three hundred in this pack. I think a lot of them are just variants of the same thing so you technically only need to activate one? idk but maybe it'd be nice if someone could provide a level 1 save with the right mods selected, this is very complicated for people who aren't used to Darkest Dungeon (like me!).

Looks like the older pixeldrain links are all 404'd, as well as the pixeldrain links from the most recent one as well. Thankfully the workupload links seem like they're still fine though.
Anyone got a good combination of mods that work well together, yes I checked the installation thing on page 1 but it still crashed so will likely need to run less but I don't know what does what.

The crashes are most likely due to incompatible mod combinations. I suggest you check out the previous pages of the thread, but I will summarize my advice here.
First, disable any mods doing the same thing. Only one inventory expansion mod works, and only one visual replacer mod per npc or any other thing works. So don't enable all the loading screen mods at once. Any mods that only add content, such as the trinket ones, are compatible.
Second, disable any mods that are not worth using from the collection, such as faster combat mods, kindest dungeon, endless boss rush and warmth meter at least.
Third, and this is an important one, try disabling the all skin and fallen hero mods. These two put the most strain on the game to work with, and fallen hero chews up so much resources that it's hard to get it working for most combinations. Also, early game it is broken as shit and will wipe your party if you find the encounter. You can try enabling it after you got other stuff to work.
Edit: Also, you can test mod combinations on the same save. As in, you can enable a mod and boot up the save to see if it works without having to create a new one each time. So enabling things you want one at a time to see which one screws up the save is a viable option.

Sorry for being dumb here. Never mod this game. So how to enable the mod for non steam?. Just play the nonsteam and run it but the mod seems not showing
No crash but the game is lagging after enable the mod. Is it because my PC f crap?. Before enabling the mod the game is smooth. After enable it (almost all of it, only a few that the guy above me told expansion only need one to be enable)

The answer is yes, but the only thing you really need is the mod folder itself. You can just copy everything from there into an existing install of the game.
It's all one big archive, so basically yes. You need all parts to be able to extract them. If you look back in the thread, the download links posted use sites with pretty quick download speeds, and I have a posted a torrent containing the archive.
