Since when that changed? Because I'm certain when I lived in UK for 2 months to be with my girlfriend I had to proof I was older then 21 and I was then already 29 and first time I went UK I was 24 and had to show my ID to get consumption in a pub, not even alcohol. I'm 46 now so that been 17 years ago, lot can change then.

Its never changed in fact you can drink at 5 in the UK in your home or a friends house with parental consent, You must have looked very young for your age to get asked for ID.

this is not a sandbox game, you cannot unlock everything in one playthrough and there is no replay as far as I can tell.
