no really reason to do more than 1 permanent save, there are paths but only major thing was decided by dev not player and other was near end of last ch.

different scenes at modelling competition about who rescues dee and if dee has revealed things to that photographer or is on martin's path. also can dump elena early game if you want but those all those are sidepaths and don't change main path aka dee and daddy love.

that is optional but dee can tell ryan that mmc and dee are actually daughter and daddy and that opens path for ryan to rescue dee at modelling competition and get a reward.

devs choice earlish game but don't worry she isn't completely out of pic, if you want mc, dee, jen and elena to have sex earlier then on that modelling competition let elena and jen rescue dee.

as i have said before options for that are daddy, martin (if on his path), ryan (if dee told him about her real relationship days ago), maybe georgina, elena et jen.
