My one problem I have with seeing D as a model is her height. Most designers and advertisers prefer models who are tall and often not that busty.
D is a total hottie. She is rather petite with unusually huge tracks of land for her size yet ironically this seems to be counter to what are desired qualities in successful models.
I can see D becoming more of a "glamour" model, which will undoubtedly lead to nude shoots.
