But there are pitfalls aplenty as well. I personally will not play Melody. I've tried, and failed, to get interested in non-incest games. Immersion is "king" NOT implausible story lines that always lead to sex. DMD is special. Few games truly are.
I could ask a million questions about DMD but virtually none will be adequately answered at this time. To expect DMD fans to support Melody is problematical. Beauty, and immersion, is in the eyes of each person. So let each person decide for himself.

I think what will be interesting about Melody in relation to DMD will be the art choices and render structuring. You can see MDots’ art advancing if you compare the beginning of Ch1 with the end of Ch1. But then I’m behind the MDots team primarily due to his art - and second due to his stance on adult romantic VNs. I can agree that DMD might be more engaging for many than Melody - but I anticipate both will engage me more than any other VN out there. But that may just be me and my personal preferences.

slowly but surely i believe in MrDots intention to finish dmd
he had enough reasonable opportunities to abandon, but he still tries to deliver a finished project

so, the wait goes on and we have further room to speculate
or we play with Melody and her girlish looking friends :heartcoveredeyes:

I just played through Chap 1. Awesome job!! The artwork is great, the storyline though a little cheesy in parts is well done and the sexual tension build between Dad and Daughter is excellent!!

I hope the second part has less content trying to convince the player that dating your daughter is OK. I mean, if players download the game they already somewhat accept the premise. I just felt that the first part had way too much time spent on trying to justify everything that the father was doing. It is a great game though and I highly recommend it.

Gotta agree with lynx33 on Sophia. She seems a character in the mold of Jennifer and Elena. Wonder if patreon is gonna let her younger-then-eighteen image go.

it's nice to hear that DMD will continue and that they are planning new release in may but i still have the feeling that the game will be rushed in some way to reach it's ending...

regarding the Melody i'll surely play it and keep my pledge to MrDots,since it was the model of D that brought me to playing DMD afterall it will be the same with Melody,i really like all the characters so far. Sophia is miles ahead of Jennifer in terms of appearance so i think there will be no problem with patreaon shitli...guidelines

Also if he does release a version every 3 months we can expect the full game by 2023 and by that time i hope i will have found a better hobby than incest vns :biggrin:
Still good to hear news from him though

I'm guessing that he will release in late May, but later he will reveal how we can get it to come out earlier in April.
