Wrong version, this mod has not be updated. Usually Lain takes the links down when the mod is being updated once a new version of the game comes out. Sad thing is I cant play until the mod comes out since my saves just crash the game without it.

Yeah, sorry about that. That happens to me too with both of MrDot's games, I think it's because he hasn't updated his Renpy version in a long time or he's doing something weird with saves maybe, I'm not sure.


I'm working as much as I can to have the DMD update finished as soon as possible, the problem is that there's another project I need to finish that's urgent, so I can't work on the DMD mod until that's done. I'll continue on the DMD mod as soon as I complete the other project though. Sorry for the wait.

Thanks for the update, from past observation you tend to be far more dependable with updates than the devs of most of the games you maintain mods for. Hell, I check "Latest Updates" daily for updates to games that I follow, and half the time you've already got a new mod version uploaded before I've even discovered that the base game was updated.

You add a ton of value to all the games you maintain mods for, I get thoroughly irritated now when I start playing a game and realize it lacks a gallery/available gallery mod; having to play through the game and systematically create and organize saved games to serve as a crappy pseudo-gallery feels absurdly outdated in 2019. Take your time and keep up the great work.

I got some errors while using the replay scenes (I only tried with D ).
It looks like the extra scenes are "missing" and other variables too.
I use game version chap 21.5 and the mod for chap 2 linked in the OP.

Is there anyway to rename yourself/daughter in the Lain Scene Gallery (chapter 2)? I accidentally hit enter before typing the daughter's name so its just blank.

In the actual game she has a name and replacing the files with a clean copy of the mod didn't re-prompt me for the names. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sunshade, I'm fairly certain that those details are stored in c:\users\<yourusername>\Appdata\roaming\renpy\<specificgame>
if you go in and delete the persistent file, maybe that will reprompt the game to ask for names?

You know that sharing/not-sharing is hotly debated with this game so unless you are trying to play coy and naive here or are unaware of it (which I doubt you are), you're only inviting a pointless argument/flame war.

I know your busy, but your premodded APKs patch applied....are literally the only ones I play. I have 3 laptops, 5 desktops with a giant 4k hdr monitor array and a gaming chair that is almost as comfortable as the seats in my Maserati, but would rather sit in uncomfortable living room chair or on the potty and play your fully modded versions. Actually better than the originals IMO.
Thank you so much! I believe all android users should at least be a minimum paetron to convince you to wrap all your mods into a full android roll out . You do so much work on these already. I dont see why we shouldn't bribe you for a full rollout (now that that you know how to do it lol)
