yep i'll be updating my Mythic Manor mod again too.
I've updated my Midnight Paradise mod too btw everyone. I'll post it on subscribestar later as well. I've been up for about 36 hours working with Luxee and Lewdlab so time for me to go to bed now lol.
Hey, guys, newer here... I was wondering if the Chapter 3 MOD for .27 ever finally was released. I tried to search engine, but I appear to be a noob when it comes to using it. Any advice would help! Thanks!

Yes it was, but 28 is lower priority for the Mod Dev, they have other priorities right now.

i know lain is busy i just wanted to ask is there a list some where i could look at to see what mod he plains to do in what order i play other games he mod's and i don't play then untill the mod is updated to the game that is out cause i love his mods

Midnight paradise was released a few days ago, and Apartment 69 was released yesterday.
So assuming those are both final I would assume DMD is next.
just to say this is pure speculation by myself, I have no way of knowing for sure.

I am a big fan of Lains work, but given the shit she got from the turds for the other game this dev did, I would like to smack her for doing more mods for this game.

How about you reward her with something tangible in Subscribestar and then you can post this to her Discord? I'm sure it will have a massive affect there...
Considering her decision not to make another Ecchi Sensei patch until the Month 1 release, and the fact that 0.29 will basically be just adding missing scenes, I am surprised she is not waiting until the .29 release to update this mod. I know I am not going to bother playing this update.
