I believe you can play in any order, but they were released in this order: Hatsuka (15), Natsu (16), Keika (17).

Its worth emphasizing that those numbers are what number in the series they are not age, looked a little like you were saying their ages. Also each game does a pop up of would you like to import saves, not really sure what that adds but as all bring it up it will confuse any who doesn't realize there is 14 prior games that are untranslated. So yeah to those worried about which order, if your starting from any of these three there is no point in worrying.
