Tags are for content that is in the game now.
Genre: Is for tags in the game and whats coming later for the game and "impregnation" is there.
Once its in the game the tag will go up.

I will be playing this again and if pregnancy is in it will get the tag.
You can check the save or the console and it will say there pregnant or not and that's how I can get someone to add the tag.
Need proof that its in before they will add the tag.
